L2 Network Engineer

Title : L2 Network Engineer

Location : Chennai, India 

Key Responsibilities

• You would perform a key role in this team as a Network Engineer, to make sure Bank’s regional Network is stable and reliable.

• The candidate should be able to handle incidents independently and have problem solving mind set.

• The candidate would be escalation point for regional network monitoring team.

• In this role you need to manage Network alerts and tickets creation.

• In this role, you will be heavily involved in Incident resolutions and Change implementation.

• Able to work independently and in collaboration with various stakeholders as part of an APAC team.

• In this role you will be diligently working with external vendors (ISPs and Principal vendors e.g.: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo alto etc.) when needed.

• The candidate will be implementing BAU changes and Vulnerability fixes.
