L3 Engineer - Windows, VMware, Active Directory

We are seeking an experienced Wintel L3 Engineer with 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience and a proven track record of delivery as a contractor to support and manage on-premises Windows, VMware, and Active Directory environments. The role requires acting as an L3 escalation point, resolving complex technical issues, improving system reliability, and ensuring infrastructure availability, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Administer Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Manage server lifecycle activities including provisioning, migration, and decommissioning. Support Certificate Authority (CA) services, Windows Clustering, Terminal Services, and hardware troubleshooting on HP/Dell platforms.
