Job Description: L3 Support Engineer – Networking, Cybersecurity & Operating Systems
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced L3 Support Engineer with strong expertise in Networking, Cybersecurity, and Operating Systems. The ideal candidate will handle complex escalations, perform deep‑dive troubleshooting, and support enterprise‑grade network and security environments. Candidates with 5+ years of experience must also demonstrate team leadership or team‑handling experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L3 technical support for networking, cybersecurity, and OS‑related incidents.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across:
Network Infrastructure: Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, WAF
Cybersecurity: Threat detection, access control, SIEM, vulnerability management
Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu, Cent OS), OS‑level security
Perform advanced diagnostics, packet analysis, and log reviews.
