As an L3 Workflow Engineer , you will maintain and enhance real‑time recommendation and offer workflows, ensuring seamless data flow and high availability across the ARROW platform. You will provide specialised support for streaming and messaging technologies and implement automation and reliability practices.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
Software Development for Better Systems Management
- Develop and refine workflow components using streaming and messaging technologies (Kafka, Aerospike, Apache Camel).
- Automate operational tasks and build tools that improve workflow management and reduce manual intervention.
On ‑Call Incident Management
- Manage escalated incidents, coordinate on‑call responses, and implement monitoring and alerting for rapid resolution.
