Responsibilities
- Assist with thought leadership development
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships
- Expand ADIGILEAP client footprint
- Mentor and coach junior team members
- Work closely with client’s business and IT stakeholders to understand their business requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of new technologies to revolutionize scientific and laboratory processes
- Participate in interviews, site visits, laboratory walkthroughs and facilitated sessions with business users
- Analyse requirements to determine priority and business value
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement, including changes required to successfully adopt new laboratory data management solutions
Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field such as in science, engineering, biochemistry or pharmaceutical
