You will take charge of all important day‑time tasks in the laboratory area of the chocolate plant in Bern. In this role you will be managing the laboratory, ensuring smooth processes and operation. You will oversee sample surveys/analyses/verification of analysis certificates, as well as microbiological tests. You will ensure GMP & Hygiene Standards are met, manage process improvements and hold budget responsibility.
Management of the laboratory
- Ensure that laboratory work for the testing of raw materials, semi‑finished products as well as equipment follows Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and the legal and company/intra‑group requirements, including methods, equipment calibration, and official methods.
