Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS or MS in Chemistry
- Licensed Chemist
- 58 years of experience managing laboratory operations in Food, Environmental, or Hardlines sectors
- Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, including QA/QC, R&D, Production, Safety, and Regulatory
- Strong background in operations and administration, including:
- Budgeting and resource planning
- Scheduling and long-range capacity planning
- Vendor management and coordination with internal stakeholders
