Role Overview:

We are seekingaLabour Relations / Industrial Relations Officer to support a consulting team in delivering day‑to‑day IR services across a client base. This is a hands‑on operational role focused on case management, compliance support, and dispute resolution assistance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in HR / Industrial Psychology / Law (LLB) or related field
  • 2–3 years’ Labour Relations / IR experience
  • Exposure to disciplinary processes and grievance handling
  • Basic CCMA / Bargaining Council exposure (advantageous if more advanced)
  • Understanding of South African labour legislation
