Job Description

Transform Databricks' approach to sales as the Director of Lakebase Sales Specialists. This role is pivotal in guiding a dedicated team to achieve sales excellence and enhance client engagement.
As a strategic leader, you will manage specialists to increase Databricks Lakebase adoption across regional markets. Lead efforts to replace legacy systems with modern data architectures and operationalize AI in customer environments. This requires strong collaboration with Account Executives and regional sales leadership to foster a culture of accountability and customer focus.
