**Job Description**
The Fiberglass Laminator builds high-quality fiberglass components for boats by applying resin-saturated fiberglass materials to molds and ensuring strong, defect-free finished parts. This role combines hands-on craftsmanship with careful attention to detail, working with tools such as chop guns, rollers, and measuring gauges to achieve precise material application. The position involves mixing resins, preparing molds, pressing out air pockets, and removing cured products from molds while following safety, quality, and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

+ Prepare required parts, molds, and raw materials so they are ready for production according to the schedule.
+ Arrange materials in the correct order or pattern using documentation that may include numbers, letters, words, or pictures.
