LAN Gaming Associate
POSITION: LAN Gaming AssociateDEPARTMENT: Esports and LAN GamingREPORTS TO: LAN Center Manager & LAN Center SupervisorFLSA STATUS: Part-time Hourly, Non-Exempt
SUMMARY
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a 50 PC LAN Center. Standard tasks will include performing cashless sales, greeting and servicing customer needs, troubleshooting PC’s, updating games, and thorough cleaning of desks/chairs/peripherals. Additional tasks may be assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Operate the LAN Gaming Center; to include technology troubleshooting, daily operations, and customer interactions
+ Work with the Esports and LAN Gaming department to help setup and run esports related events and tournaments
+ Must be able to work cashless sales terminal
