Location:  Birmingham (Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week office/site-based)
Rate:  30 - 50 per hour (Inside IR35)

Job Overview We are seeking a Land Coordinator to support a major infrastructure programme within a complex delivery environment. The successful candidate will act as a central coordination point for all land-related matters, ensuring effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts. 
This role requires strong organisational skills, stakeholder management ability, and experience working within structured project or programme environments.
