Job Description

Role Overview

• Proven experience in leading managing land referencing activities for major infrastructure projects (e.g. DCO, NSIP, CPO, utilities, transport)

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in geography/planning

• experience in the production of books of reference, order plans, notices and schedules, and managing junior members of a team.

• Knowledge of projects involving the use of compulsory purchase would be an advantage (such as the Transport and Works Act, Compulsory Purchase Act, and the Planning Act)

• A competent GIS user who is able to collect, interpret and use land data.

• Full understanding of the statutory processes within which the Land Referencing requirements are to be delivered.  

• Full understanding of the project delivery process and the full Land Referencing Process
