Job Description

The Assistant Project manager ensures the following:-

  • Assist the PM on the various aspects for delivering the projects.
  • Project to be completed on time and within budget, project's objectives are met and to specification, and in efficient order.
  • Miscellaneous task that may arise

The responsibilities includes and not limiting to :

  • Familarize with project requirements and scopes.
  • Planning and strategizing for the smooth flow of projects
  • Admin and safety submission
  • Costing, VO and claim management
  • Filings and document management
  • Procurement and supplier management
  • Customer/MC management
  • Manpower and subcontractor management
  • Reports and closure of arising matters
  • Site walks and meetings
  • QCQA
  • Seeking for efficiency and resource saving.
