Job Description
The role of Landscape Technician Charge Handwill include:
Provide supervisory support in keeping estates well maintained and clean in accordance with grounds maintenance contract specifications and appropriate horticultural practices
General grounds maintenance such as grass cutting, weeding, strimming, hedge trimming, bulk collections, litter picking and spraying
Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed
Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract specifications and escalate complaints as appropriate
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and continue to be suitable for required tasks NVQ3 or equivalent in Horticulture or similar discipline
