Lash and Brows -Technician-Salon Experience About the job Lash and Brows -Technician-Salon Experience Job Summary:As a Lash and Brow Sales Trainer, your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of sales staff within the lash and brow department. This role involves creating engaging training sessions, assessing the performance of sales associates, and providing ongoing support to ensure a high level of customer service, sales performance, and expertise in lash and brow products and services. 
Driving License is Mandatory. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Training Program Development: Develop comprehensive training programs for lash and brow sales staff, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and other relevant skills. 
Create training materials, presentations, and resources to support the learning objectives.
