Job Description Launch & Project Stage: Prepare, manage & ensure achievement of launch Master Schedule key deliverables in desired timeline with concerned Plant stake holders. Deliver launch plan & master schedule for new launch within desired timeline. Ensure all Launch issues are closed with robust actions in timely manner with stakeholders. Ensure all In-Process Containments & local process deviations information is supplied to the local team. Ensure timely delivery of launch documents (DoC7 (Bill of Process), FMEA, Control Plan, SOP, BOM, Change Management) Prepare launch gateway readiness deck and report out status to management Steady State: Drive In-Process Containments & local process deviations to closure within desired timeline. Adherence to JLR standards and ensure no major non-conformities in Process audits.
