Launch Project Quality Supervisor
What you’ll do:- Lead and coordinate program launch activities, ensuring successful execution from planning through SOP while managing daily launch operations and cross-functional team alignment.
- Drive program performance and compliance, monitoring KPIs, OPIs, and APQP milestones (e-APDS, PWA, Stages, Open Project) to guarantee timely completion of all program deliverables.
- Manage resources and remove operational barriers, supporting cross-functional teams, escalating risks when necessary, and ensuring readiness for prototypes, special builds, and customer events.
- Ensure technical and operational readiness for launches, including equipment procurement coordination, PFMEA and Control Plan validation, 4M readiness reviews, and adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
