Laundry Valet Attendant

We’re looking for a skilled Laundry Valet Attendant to deliver impeccable service at The Dorchester Hotel.

What You’ll Do

As a Laundry Valet Attendant, you’ll take pride in delighting our guests and ensuring their garments receive the highest care.

• Handle guest garments from collection to delivery, processing them according to care instructions.
• Provide seamless service with attention to detail, including pressing, packing, unpacking, quality checking, room moves, and washing items such as face clothes, housekeeping rags, and employee uniforms.
• Meet special guest requests, arranging special setups, storage items and returning them after the guest departs.

Operational hours are shift‑based, Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 23:00.
