Job Description
* $152,556.00 per annum + 12% superannuation

* Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung / Melbourne CBD based role (hybrid – 3 days in office)
Key accountabilities
* Provide strategic and timely expert oral and written advice to WorkSafe via the Lead Lawyer on complex legal and policy issues.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent must manage constructive relationships in a sensitive and potentially volatile environment.
* Supervise the work performed by paralegals in relation to matters under the lawyer's control.
* Assist in the formulation, development and implementation of guidelines, policies and strategies across Enforcement Legal as required.
