Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 7-15 years of IT experience in Application Support and/or Big Data Support. 3-5 years of application development experience preferred. Experience supporting banking applications. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix scripting. Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management. Experience with relational databases such as MariaDB, Oracle, or SQL Server. Knowledge of scheduling tools like Control-M or Tivoli/TWS. Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, and big data platforms is an advantage. Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Jira. Experience with monitoring/APM tools like AppDynamics, Graylog, Prometheus, and Grafana. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work during critical incidents.
