The Role
- Supporting the delivery of leadership and management development initiatives
- Coordinating apprenticeship, emerging talent, and internal development programmes
- Facilitating training workshops, coaching sessions, and development activities
- Supporting succession planning, talent development, and career pathways
- Managing and promoting digital learning initiatives and Learning Management Systems
- Supporting onboarding, mentoring, and employee development programmes
- Producing learning analytics and evaluating programme effectiveness
- Building strong relationships with managers and external learning providers
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning and development across the business
