Responsibilities:
Manage multiple blended learning journeys by leveraging various digital platforms
Take an active part in designing relevant learning solutions by understanding business context
Assist in creating knowledge assets (case studies, caselets, reading materials, videos, assignments, etc)
Work on curating content from multiple sources
Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
Education - MBA (preferably in HR / Marketing)
Tech Savvy, understands digital platforms - Experience in LMS is mandatory
