Engage in strategic learning initiatives with Rakuten as an L&D Operations Coordinator in Brighton. This 6-month hybrid role supports Global Talent Management and requires exceptional organizational skills.
As part of the Global Talent Management & Inclusion Team, you'll facilitate the development and delivery of Rakuten's learning programs. Collaborate with Programme Managers to coordinate global programs while managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting training inquiries across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as LMS point person for Optimism University
• Provide Tier 2 support for LMS inquiries
• Create reports highlighting learning trends and metrics
