Your new role
As an AI Manager/ Lead AI Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Define and execute AI strategy, focusing on high-impact legal use cases

- Establish AI governance, ensuring compliance, security, and ethical usage
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage vendors to deliver AI solutions
- Oversee AI infrastructure and manage risks for reliable, resilient deployment
What you’ll need to succeed

- 5+ years in IT leadership, including 2+ years managing AI/ML teams and projects
