Shape the future at IDC as a Lead AI Engineer focused on AI memory and proactive intelligence systems. In this hybrid role, you will lead a dedicated team while coding over 50% of your time.
As the first hire for the Memory / Living Intel Pod, you will directly influence technical direction and team dynamics. With over 7 years of professional Python experience, you will also design systems providing persistent user understanding and proactive alerts based on critical changes. This role demands both leadership and technical expertise across AI/LLM and infrastructure.
