Job Description
This position is about to support the related application E2E delivery, including system design, programming, unit testing, system & integration testing & UAT support and PROD deployment support and incident troubleshooting.
- Independently provide daily support (SIT/UAT/PROD) including project, and incident troubleshooting
- Communicate with customers to understand business requirement
- Independently provide system implementation and support following SDLC including coding, testing, SIT/UAT/PROD support and troubleshooting
- Provide required documentations per SDLC
- Ensure customer perception and visibility through proactive communication · Provide daily report
- Lead several members to provide the deliveries to customer following SDLC and project plan, manangement, monitoring
- Maintain good relationship with customer by good service delivery
- Report to team leader about project matters and team (weekly/monthly)
