Job Description

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ **Solution Architecture & Technical Strategy:** 8+ years of experience with a platform-first architectural mindset. Proven ability to design high-performance, scalable solutions that balance native Salesforce configuration (Flows) with custom development (Apex/LWC) to minimize technical debt and maximize maintainability.
+ **Consultative Business Partnership:** Acts as a strategic partner to internal business units (e.g., Customer Care, Sales). Proven ability to think on behalf of the stakeholder, translating vague business problems into high-value technical roadmaps. Must be comfortable leading discovery sessions and challenging requirements when they don't align with platform best practices or business ROI.
