Lead Barber

As Barber Mentor you set the standard for all the Barbers in your team. As a Tommy Gun's Barber Mentor, you are responsible for motivating, inspiring, educating, and setting an example to all the Barbers in your team. The Barber Mentor will always positively represent the brand and uphold the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. You will also support the team guidelines and requests from Shop Leadership. As a Tommy Gun's Barber Mentor, it is important that a positive and approachable demeanor is shown at all times, together with a versatile skill set and the ability to achieve shop goals and targets. You will be required to motivate and encourage all barbers to help improve their skills and ensure they always deliver the Tommy Gun's experience.

Position: Lead Barber / Mentor

Work Term: Full-time

Location: Mayfield Common - Edmonton

Wage: starting at $18/hour, performance-based
