Lead & Motivate: Communicate daily goals effectively and keep the team motivated during high-volume periods.

Training: Onboard and train new baristas on café systems and SOPs.

As a Lead Barista, your duties include, but are not limited to: 

Team Leadership & Training

Café Operations & Maintenance 
Open & Close:  Act as the first/last person on-site; delegate and complete opening/closing checklists. 
Quality & Standards:  Ensure strict compliance with service, product delivery, and customer relations standards. 
Merchandising:  Maintain the Café Kitsuné merchandise display (cleanliness, stocking, pricing).
