About the Opportunity
A highly regarded Canadian consulting firm with a strong national reputation is seeking a senior benefits consulting professional to join its Toronto practice. This firm works with some of Canada's largest employers on complex group benefits mandates. You will be joining a collaborative environment where the quality of work takes precedence over billable hour targets and where there are no individual sales quotas.
The Role
You will manage a portfolio of large employer clients across group benefits, providing strategic advice on plan design, benchmarking, carrier management, cost optimisation, and renewals. You will also play a mentoring role within the team and contribute to business development activity.
