Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled **Lead Business Analyst** to join our team.
**Responsibilities**
- Partner with the product owner to clarify the needs of business strategy leaders and users
- Define MVPs and iterative plans with stakeholders for delivering value using epics and features
- Create and refine user stories with mínimal coaching based on features that may not be well-defined
- Understand technical strategies and system integrations to identify and communicate divisional dependencies
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to develop test strategies and plans based on acceptance criteria
- Support the delivery of incremental and continuous value to end users ensuring implementation meets expected user value
- Investigate and troubleshoot production issues using basic and advanced tools with mínimal support
