As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead various project initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align efforts with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology and Agile Systems. You will engage in comprehensive data analysis, resolve defects, and provide impactful recommendations to drive business improvements and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed business analyses with stakeholders
• Develop project plans and status reports
• Facilitate meetings and document outcomes
• Manage project risks and action items
• Resolve defects and improve service delivery methods
Requirements:
• 5+ years in healthcare systems analysis
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Design System
• Proficiency in MS Office and collaborative tools
