Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT, data science, or a relevant field
Degree Preferred: Master’s degree in computer science/IT, data science, or a relevant field
Minimum Years of Experience: 3+ years in Qlikview development
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, data analysts, and Epic reporting specialists .
- Define team structure, assign responsibilities, and manage workload/prioritization.
- Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and training initiatives.
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and development frameworks .
