In this pivotal role, the Climbing Team Lead will oversee climbing operations, enhance participant experiences, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines from CAR and ACMG. You will be responsible for program leadership, staff development, and maintaining a safe and spirited climbing environment for all members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage participant sign-ins and facilitate orientations
• Actively supervise safety compliance within the Climbing Centre
• Lead engaging climbing experiences for groups and events
• Design innovative routes and perform maintenance checks
