Maxwell Swim Club, based in Buckinghamshire, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Coach to take responsibility for our Buckingham programme.

As ONB (Oxfordshire North Bucks) County Champions for the last 3 seasons, Maxwell is one of the leading swimming clubs in the South East Region. We have approximately 220 swimmers training across our two sites in Aylesbury and Buckingham, with a pathway starting at our academy and extending all the way to a high‑level performance squad. Success is in our nature with athletes regularly swimming at County, Regional, National, International and Paralympic levels. Although results matter, we’re equally proud of our culture.
