JOB PURPOSE
- Reporting to the General Manager and functionally reports to Legal Director, this role shall assist in various tasks related to project main contracts, subcontracts and terms of purchase orders, responsibilities, and perform the scope of work as defined for the role hereunder.
- Ensure the post contract management aspect like insurances, bonds, and guarantee submissions.
- Timely submission of variation and claim notices to reserve the contractual rights with the client.
- Manage all pre-and post-subcontract documentation, including insurances, bonds, claims, and variation notices.
Overall responsibilities:
- Assist in various project main contracts, subcontracts and PO terms, and perform the scope of work as defined for the role and provide day to day assistance to General Manager, and coordinate with other DGM/Head of Project and PM’s.
