Job Description

Step into a leadership role as a Customer Service Supervisor, directing a skilled team while driving customer satisfaction. This is a permanent position focusing on mentorship and operational oversight.
In this role, you will oversee up to 10 customer service clerks, managing their daily tasks and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. Bringing 1 to 2 years of experience, your responsibilities include conducting performance reviews and maintaining equipment functionality. You will also play a crucial part in mentoring newcomers, youth, Indigenous workers, and visible minorities to foster an inclusive workplace.
