Job Description
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in data modeling, data engineering, or related roles.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Erwin Data Modeler .
- Solid understanding of database modeling concepts (logical, physical, relational).
- Advanced SQL development and scripting experience.
- Experience building or supporting ETL pipelines .
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Synapse .
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Flexibility to collaborate with US teams, primarily during Mexico working hours, with occasional US EST/CT overlap.
