Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience
in data modeling, data engineering, or related roles.
Strong hands‐on experience with
Erwin Data Modeler
.
Solid understanding of database modeling concepts (logical, physical, relational).
Advanced SQL development and scripting experience.
Experience building or supporting
ETL pipelines
.
Hands‐on experience with
Azure Synapse
.
Experience working in
Agile
delivery environments.
Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and critical‐thinking skills.
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Flexibility to collaborate with US teams, primarily during Mexico working hours, with occasional US EST/CT overlap.
