We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist  to build advanced AI solutions for demand forecasting and explainability at scale. This role blends machine learning expertise, product thinking, and leadership to deliver impactful enterprise solutions. 
Key Responsibilities  
Design and develop scalable ML models for: 
Demand and new product forecasting 
Forecast attribution and anomaly detection 
Optimization and simulation 
Apply advanced techniques such as: 
Gradient boosting, deep learning, and probabilistic forecasting 
Causal inference, Bayesian methods (RL/GenAI preferred)
