Job Description

This is a full-time role with responsibilities spread between end user support and technical development of overall Medallia and Snaplogic platform supporting Schneider’s Customer Voice program. The person should be excellent in communication, stakeholder management and should have previous experience working with external vendors as well as implementation of SaaS solutions within a global company What will you do: Must have CX platform awareness and previous experience working in similar domain Work closely with product owners to refine requirements and adapt the platform architecture to the changing needs of our customers Develop new user-facing features and customer-driven enhancements to Medallia platform.
