Lead Delivery Manager - Sydney | Hybrid
We’re partnering with a growing technology business to hire a Lead Delivery Manager to elevate delivery performance across the organisation.
This is not a standard Delivery Manager role.
You’ll operate at a senior level — leading complex programs while also setting direction across a group of experienced Delivery Managers, shaping how delivery is executed at scale.
What you’ll do
Oversee complex, multi-stream programs across enterprise clients
Lead, support, and hold Delivery Managers accountable for delivery outcomes
Set clear expectations and drive consistency, structure, and high standards across teams
Step in to stabilise delivery, reset direction, and manage risk when needed
