Technical Expertise

  • Strong working knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including:Battery chemistryDuty cycling and performance metrics (Round Trip Efficiency, Cycle Life, etc.)Design optimization for efficiency and reliabilityBattery safetyBattery inverter systems
  • Proven project engineering and delivery experience in energy storage projects within engineering or consulting environments.
  • Preferred experience in performing system studies.
  • Familiarity with DC/DC converter operation.
  • Knowledge of hybrid renewable energy system design, including:Solar PVWind energy systemsBattery storage
