We are looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer for a highly technical engineering business delivering complex, safety-critical systems.
You will be leading the Electrical Team while remaining hands-on, owning system architectures, reviewing designs, and ensuring compliance across projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers.
- Own electrical system architecture and technical delivery.
- Oversee control panel and system-level design.
- Ensure compliance with functional safety standards.
- Support safety reviews.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified Electrical Design Engineer.
- Strong background in industrial control systems.
- Experience with PLCs.
- Knowledge of functional safety.
- Comfortable fault-finding and working hands-on when required.
