Lead Engineer

Role Overview We are looking for a Lead Engineer who will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling Fold Healths healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist with strong leadership skills, capable of guiding engineering teams, setting best practices, and driving the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead design and architecture discussions for scalable, secure, and resilient systems. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines. Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Product Development Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to build and deliver end-to-end features.
