Plan, introduce, customize, and support development projects for the complete end to end capabilities of OCR/ ICR Product and future RPA Products Implementation of full -life-cycle OCR/ICR solutions development projects in a cross-functional team of and Artificial Intelligence solutions from requirements gathering to solution delivery Develop and fine-tune vision-language models, machine learning models, especially for document-based use cases such as PDF, images data extractio Customize pre-trained models (e.g., LayoutLM, LayoutLMv2/v3, Donut, Tesseract, etc.) for specific business requirements. Implement OCR pipelines and enhance text recognition for structured and unstructured data Python (advanced) — FastAPI, ML pipelines. ML frameworks — PyTorch, TensorFlow, ...
