Base Location: For this role, we require successful applicants to be based from one of our Scottish locations – Inverness, Aberdeen, Perth or Glasgow
Salary: £78,400 - £117,600 + car /car allowance + performance‑related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

As Lead Engineering Manager, you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle for programmes within our Offshore Delivery Directorate, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and innovation across a portfolio valued up to approximately £6bn.
