to support the growth of our concierge medical practice.
This person will serve as a key front line representative of the practice, helping prospective clients move from initial interest to consultation, onboarding, and long term membership.
The Client Growth Specialist is responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging prospective clients, managing inbound and outbound communication, supporting consultation bookings, maintaining the CRM pipeline, assisting with social media and content execution, and helping convert prospects into long term members.
