Lead HR Representative

The Lead HR Representative focuses on coordinating key Human Resources initiatives and supporting employee experience across the organization. This position works closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure consistent execution, follow-up, and sustainment of engagement and talent-related programs.

+ Coordinate execution of employee engagement initiatives across the organization, ensuring activities are completed on time and aligned with defined plans.
